DR. JOHN KINSELLA, CMC, CCE, WGMC, AAC
Dr. John Kinsella is a distinguished leader published author and an internationally recognized culinary figure, educator and businessman. Kinsella is one of only 61 American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF) certified master chefs (CMC) in the country; a master chef of the London Institute of City and Guilds, as well as an ACF - Certified Culinary Educator (CCE). He is a member of the American Academy of Chefs (AAC), the honor society of the American Culinary Federation. He is a graduate of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Cincinnati, and in May 2007, he received an honorary doctor of culinary arts degree from John & Wales University, Miami.
Dr. Kinsella's career, spanning more than 50 years, is dedicated to elevating the fields of culinary arts and education, along with his relentless drive to develop young talent. He is the President of the American Culinary Federation, the premier professional organization for culinarians in America since 2005. John is a member of many professional associations including the World Association of Chefs Societies Global Master (WGMC) and he is a known Authority on butchery and charcuterie in the United States. His professional achievements also include many published articles and books. He is the Weekly host on Everybody's Cooking' WVXU 91.7, and several times has stepped into the role of Manager of world winning culinary teams in Luxembourg, Basle and London.
